Job Overview:
Barakah Venture Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, booking operations, and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer emails professionally and promptly
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Manage booking entries accurately using Google Sheets
Purchase tickets and process customer travel arrangements
Coordinate with customers regarding travel details, schedules, and updates
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Requirements:
Gender: Only Male
Age Requirement: 21 to 30 years
Preferred Background:

Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)

Responsible handling of ticket purchasing and booking management
Previous customer service or travel industry experience is a plus
