Job Overview:
Barakah Venture Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, booking operations, and travel arrangements. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Google Workspace. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer emails professionally and promptly
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Manage booking entries accurately using Google Sheets
Purchase tickets and process customer travel arrangements
Coordinate with customers regarding travel details, schedules, and updates
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Requirements:
Gender: Only Male
Age Requirement: 21 to 30 years

Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in the following sectors will have an advantage:
Travel Agency
BPO / Data Entry Firm
Call Center
Multinational Companies

Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Google Workspace
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Responsible handling of ticket purchasing and booking management
Previous customer service or travel industry experience is a plus
